TITLE INFORMATION
BUYERS:
The name that you register with MUST be the name put on your title. If you need
your title to be in a different name, you must register under that name. The title
will be mailed to the address that you use when you register at the auction. THIS

All SC
buyers that are not Motor Vehicle Dealers must sign a power of attorney for EACH
title item that you purchase. When you pay your cashier, she will give you this
form to sign.
2. EXPORTERS: You need your title to export you purchases. Be sure to give us

Address, maybe your custom brokers address, and we will mail your title to that
address. NO TITLE WILL BE HANDED OUT DURING THE AUCTION.
3. Titles will be mailed (certified mail) within 14 business days from the last
day of the auction. NO TITLE WILL BE HANDED OUT DURING THE AUCTION.
4. If you want your title sent to you by Fed-Ex, UPS, etc., please leave $15.00
with the title clerk with your instructions.
5. All titled item purchases will be charged a $20.00 per item title clerk processing
fee.
1. If, for some reason an item does not have a title, "NO TITLE" MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE FRONT OF THE ITEM AND WRITTEN ON YOUR CHECK IN TICKET.

3. Kissimmee Auction Co., Inc. is a motor vehicle dealer in the state of SC
and must adhere to all SC
laws regarding the sale of titled items.
4. A holding area has been setup for storing all incoming titled items pending
receipt of a valid and transferable title. ALL titled property will be held in this area and moved later to a regular lineup
after all the required paperwork has been completed. NO item will be sold from the holding area. Titled items that arrive without a
valid and transferable title will not be sold. It is the responsibility of the
consignor to provide the title.
5. All items requiring a title by SC law must have a title in the office prior to the first auction day. Your item
WILL NOT BE SOLD without a title. All titles must be signed and notarized. NO
OPEN TITLES. If you are not a Motor Vehicles Dealer your name MUST be on the front
of the title. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
6. It is the responsibility of the seller to provide a legal title. If you are
bringing in an item that should have a title and for some reason it does not have
a title, YOU MUST LET THE OFFICE KNOW WHEN YOU CHECK IN YOUR ITEMS and IT MUST
BE ANNOUNCED WHEN IT IS SOLD. Do not give your titles to anyone in the field or
a salesperson. Titles must be brought to the office, you will receive a receipt
for each. Titles not received by sale day will be charged a $25.00 late processing fee
per title. We must have a copy of your title if it is being processed or is being
held up due to title transfers or title work.
